Downtown South Haven closes to traffic and opens up for a walkable New Year’s Eve celebration with an outdoor ice rink, live entertainment on the mainstage, and plenty of warm-up stops in between. Downtown shops, restaurants, and food trucks stay open late, so you can roam, snack, and make a night of it. Then come midnight, head to the center of town for the signature moment: a massive overhead net releases 1,000 commemorative beach balls in the countdown, followed by fireworks over the harbor to welcome 2027. Book an overnight stay and wake up in South Haven on the first morning of the new year.
